Job Description:
The
Test Engineer analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents,
acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans
and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and
report status and results. This role supports the development of Government
test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E)
Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness
Assessments, and T&E Reports. Additionally, the Test Engineer works with
other test organizations to support T&E program integration and provides
specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity,
and performance area as assigned in the Statement of Work.
The work location is Ft. Meade, MD
Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel

- At least 5 years experience in test engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI-CI Poly) - Active
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- English : Intermediate
