This position is a unique
opportunity to join the Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy & Analytics
Applications, Client Services Team as Implementation Consultant. The team
manages two solutions: IBM Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Accelerator and IBM
Program Work Center.
M&A Accelerator is the leading application for managing M&A transactions, used by several Fortune firms, including by IBM on all it's M&A transactions. This commercially available application is used to establish a repeatable, high quality M&A process and accelerate realization of deal synergies. Program Work Center is a collaborative complex program management solution for running large-scale portfolios, initiatives and transformations involving diverse teams across the enterprise

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in MS Excel (including complex formulas and experience with macros)
- At least 2 years experience in business requirements analysis
- At least 2 years experience in process modeling (MS Visio or other diagramming tools)
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in MS Excel (including complex formulas and experience with macros)
- At least 2 years experience in scripting language (SQL, VBA, etc.)
- At least 4 years experience in business requirements analysis
- At least 4 years experience in process modeling (MS Visio or other diagramming tools)
- At least 2 years experience in MS Project
- At least 2 years experience in M&A Accelerator or Program Work Center
- At least 2 years experience in client-facing interaction/roles with business-oriented personnel.
- English : Fluent
