Job Description:
The MDM Service Developer specializing in Master Data
Management (MDM), is directly responsible for successful delivery of technical
Business Analytics & Optimization (BAO) Enterprise Information Management
solutions.
MDM Service Developer understands business challenges and translates them into process/technical solutions, as well as manages client relationships within context of individual role. MDM Service Developer develops and implements MDM solutions.
All candidates will have knowledge of enterprise master data technology initiatives in support of business, operations and technology teams, and knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices.
MDM Service Developer:
• Designs and develops customized MDM code based on Specification.
• Documentation such as Extension and Additions and Lightweight Services.
• Designs and develops customized MDM services.
• Designs and develops necessary batch interfaces to and from MDM hub
Builds unit test scripts for custom components.
• Conducts Regression Testing of new releases of SW components within the MDM repository.
• Conducts Regression, Functional, and Baseline Testing of future schedule releases.
• Conducts Regression, Functional, and Baseline Testing of new releases of MDM software.
This position is based out of Columbus, Ohio, but the consultant may be required to travel to various U.S. based client sites.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in end to end implementation of MDM solutions
- At least 3 years experience in InfoSphere MDM Server Extension Framework and InfoSphere MDM Server Transaction Suite
- At least 5 years experience in Websphere Application Server
- At least 5 years experience in developing Web Services using Java
- At least 3 years experience in ETL Tools (ie. Informatica or Datastage)
- At least 3 years experience in mapping of service and data from Source to Target
- At least 3 years experience in Scheduler Tools (ie. MQ Scheduler)
- At least 3 years experience in Data Quality Tools (ie. Quality Stage)
- At least 5 years experience in developing Complex SQL
- At least 5 years experience in XML Technologies
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 5 years experience in end to end implementation of MDM solutions
- At least 5 years experience in InfoSphere MDM Server Extension Framework and InfoSphere MDM Server Transaction Suite
- At least 7 years experience in Websphere Application Server
- At least 7 years experience in developing Web Services using Java
