Job Description :
The Rules Developer will work within
an integrated project team to design and develop the business object model, the
rules repository structure, interfaces between the rules engine and the
remaining system, and the proper rule execution algorithms to meet functional requirements.
The candidate will collaborate with the IBM team for the design and
implementation of the project solution.
U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is required for clearance application.
Consultants will be located in an IBM office in the metropolitan area or at an IBM client site. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in designing/developing/updating business object model
- At least 3 years experience in designing/developing/updating rules repository structure
- At least 3 years experience in identifying/designing/updating interfaces between rules engine and remaining system
- At least 3 years experience in identifying/designing/updating proper rule execution algorithms to meet functional requirements
- At least 3 years experience in FICO Blaze Advisor and relevant Rules tools and modules
- At least 3 years experience in Java, XML, and SQL
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Security clearance of MBI
- English : Intermediate
