Job Description: 
 300mm Manufacturing Metrology / Measurements Process Engineer

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Ownership of measurement and/or metrology across multiple technology nodes down to 14nm

Develop and control processes to meet and improve quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity and manufacturability requirements.

Drive continuous improvements using statistical tools, Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques, data driven decision making and systematic problem solving skills. Use lean manufacturing and six sigma processes.

Work with Development team on technology transfer to manufacturing

Selection, installation and qualification of new tools and process technologies

Training of technicians and engineers

Required Qualifications:

B.S. Degree in microelectronic engineering, material science, electrical engineering or similar engineering degree

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, driven and self starter.

Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment.

Demonstrated communication skills - both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies.

Demonstrated organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in advanced technology (45nm or below).

Experience in Lean manufacturing

Experience with metrology or measurement toolsets

Experience in fully automated Fab Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years experience in Semiconductor process engineering
• English: Fluent
