Job Description:
Systems and Technology Group (STG) has experienced engineering opportunities in Essex Junction, Vermont. A Bachelor Degree in Science is required with a field of study being electrical or mechanical.
Equipment Engineering responsibilities include tactical line support and strategic development/installation of engineering changes to address quality, cost, delivery, team and value improvements. Additionally, there will be focus on creating and maintaining efficient and safe work procedures from a documentation and training perspective using the Training Within Industry (TWI) standards. Spare Parts documentation and procurement are also critical functions in this position. Understanding and prior experience with structured problem solving and other Lean manufacturing techniques is expected. There will also be daily interaction with manufacturing, maintenance, and other support groups. It is important that the successful candidate have a proactive mindset to anticipate potential problems that could impact delivery and/or quality & implement innovative solutions to detect these fail modes proactively. And because overall success within the area is dependent on maintenance & operations, a proven track record of teaming with colleagues to complete projects on time and to share their experience is preferred. Required

- Bachelor's Degree
- English: Fluent
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in Computer skills
- At least 3 years experience in Written and verbal skills
- At least 3 years experience in Knowledge of Semiconductor Processes
- At least 3 years experience in Experience working in and leading teams
- At least 3 years experience in Semiconductor Chemistry
- At least 3 years experience in Equipment Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in • Lean Manufacturing Skills (ie. Structured Problem Solving)
