Job Description:
The Senior Case Management Developer
directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of solutions. The
Senior Case Management Developer will also be responsible for design,
development and implementation of the integrated components.
In addition, the Senior Case Management Developer will also design and implement integrated resolution solution comprising Case management; review deliverables and supervise & mentor development team; analyze user requirements and proposed potential system solutions; understand and comply with development standards and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure consistency across the business; and collaborate with Client Subject Matter Expert (SME), IBM team and other vendor teams.
The Senior Case Management Developer will also develop/support application solutions addressing steps for developing a content and workflow strategy for an application with content assets that need to be managed and organized and identifying and promoting content and asset management to manage the infrastructure to store, access, and manage a full spectrum of digital information for handling business cases.
Consultants will be located in an IBM office in the metropolitan area or at an IBM client site.
Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in Developing/supporting application solutions
- At least 2 years experience in IBM Case Manager
- At least 2 years experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Products
- At least 2 years experience in Advanced Web 2.0 concepts
- At least 2 years experience in Business Process Management (BPM), JAVA and J2EE or Dot Net/C#
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- English : Intermediate
