Be recognised as the Technical Specialist in Unica. Leverage technical & prior Unica experience to design & implement robust, innovative Unica technology solutions. Identify & resolve critical Unica design issues across project. Review Unica technology solution implementation, document lessons learned, project documentation generally & recommend improvements where appropriate.

Demonstrate your understanding of the impact of the range of Unica technology issues affecting the project. Configure & customise Unica to meet business and technical requirements.

Ideally, you will have a number of years experience with Unica applications. with prior experience as a development team leader. You will hold a relevant tertiary degree and have excellent communication, leadership, project and organisational skills.

Solid knowledge of the following required:
1. Implementation of the Unica software within the clients systems landscape
2. J2EE / JEE (CMP/BMP, MDB, Session Beans, JMS, Struts, JSP, JavaScript)
3. Rational Application Developer
4. OO design and development (UML and Design Patterns)
5. HTML / CSS / AJAX
6. XML / SOAP
7. SQL
